how do i access my full reading?

After purchasing, you will be redirected to your complete reading. If you lose access, email us with the name and date of birth you used and we will help you.

how do refunds work?

If you are not satisfied with your reading, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Annual pass subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your Stripe billing portal or by emailing us.

is my information stored?

No. Your name and date of birth are used only to generate your chart. We do not store personal data on any server. See our privacy policy for details.

how do i cancel my annual pass?

Email support@lucidnumbers.com and we will cancel your subscription immediately. You can also manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal link in your confirmation email.
